Summer Food Service Program
Note: The due date for the request for applications has passed. This page is for reference and administration of funding.
Funding provides reimbursement for meals served to children who are on school vacation in areas where 50 percent of the children qualify for free or reduced-price school meals. Camp sites may receive reimbursement for serving meals to children who are income eligible.

Certifications and Assurances

| The Assurances and Certifications are requirements of applicants and grantees as a condition of receiving funds. Applicants do not need to sign and return the general assurances and certifications with the application; instead, they must download them and keep them on file to be available for compliance reviews, complaint investigations, or audits. Applicants that participate in the Consolidated Application (ConApp) should already have a copy of the general assurances and certifications on file and do not need to keep a separate copy. Program-specific assurances are not included here and should be listed separately on the Request for Application. |
