Expanded Learning programs are at risk due to proposed federal budget cuts. These programs play an integral role in the lives of California students and their families. State Superintendent Tom Torlakson opposes the proposed cuts and recently visited a summer Learning program at Robla Elementary School in the Robla School District, to highlight the benefits these programs provide.
