Item 9–Voices from the Field: The ACSE would like to receive input from stakeholder groups about trends, challenges, and successes relevant to serving students with disabilities. The ACSE is precluded from discussing matters not on the agenda; however, questions may be asked by Commissioners for clarification purposes. Item 15– Discussion with Staff from the Governor’s Office: The ACSE will discuss current legislation and issues relating to the education of students with disabilities in California’s schools with Governor’s Office staff. Item 16–Discussion with Staff from the California State Senate Committee on Education: The ACSE will discuss current legislation and issues relating to the education of students with disabilities in California’s schools with staff from the State Senate Committee on Education.
