1. Welcome and Introductions
   IQC Chair Isken called the Instructional Quality Commission teleconference meeting to order. All participating commissioners introduced themselves and verified the posting of the public meeting notice. The CDE staff members were also identified.
   
   
2. Plan and Prepare for the New Commissioner Orientation (Information)
   Tom Adams, IQC Executive Director, led the discussion on the planning and preparation of the January 21, 2016 new commissioner orientation. All commissioners participated in the discussion and shared their ideas. No action was taken.
