• Subject: Summary of Public Feedback on theGuiding Policy Principles to Support K–14+ Pathways, as approved by the California Workforce Pathways Joint Advisory Committee (CWPJAC) in 2018.
• Type of Action: Information
• Recommendation: Staff of the CWPJAC recommends that the CWPJAC review the public input to the Guiding Policy Principles to Support K–14+ Pathways document to date.
• ACTION: No Action Taken.

Item 02

• Subject: California Career Technical Education (CTE) Initiatives: Update on the Career Technical Education Incentive Grant (CTEIG) and the K–12 Strong Workforce Program (K–12 SWP).
• Type of Action: Information
• Recommendation: Staff from the California Department of Education (CDE) and California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office (CCCCO) recommend that the California Workforce Pathways Joint Advisory Committee (CWPJAC) receive an update and provide any feedback on the progress of work to this date, as deemed necessary.
• ACTION: No Action Taken.

Item 03

• Subject: The 2019–20 Transition Plan for the federal Strengthening Career and Technical Education for the 21^stCentury Act.
• Type of Action: Information
• Recommendation: Staff from the California Department of Education (CDE) and California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office (CCCCO) recommends that the California Workforce Pathways Joint Advisory Committee (CWPJAC) review the draft of the 2019–20 Perkins V Transition Plan to consider the strengths and gaps in the Plan and make recommendations, provide feedback, guidance, and directions to assist staff in making any revisions to the draft plan.
• ACTION: No Action Taken.
