• Subject: Update to the Guiding Policy Principles to Support K–14+ Pathways, as approved by the California Workforce Pathways Joint Advisory Committee (CWPJAC) in 2018.
• Type of Action: Information
• Recommendation: Staff of the CWPJAC recommends that the CWPJAC review and approve the proposed changes to the Guiding Policy Principles to Support K–14+ Pathways document.
• ACTION: No Action Taken.

Item 02

• Subject: The 2019–20 Transition Plan for the federal Strengthening Career and Technical Education for the 21st Century Act.
• Type of Action: Information
• Recommendation: Staff from the California Department of Education (CDE) and California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office (CCCCO) recommends that the California Workforce Pathways Joint Advisory Committee (CWPJAC) review the draft of the 2019–20 Perkins V Transition Plan and to provide feedback, guidance, direction, and consider strengths, gaps, questions, and any recommendations to assist staff in making any revisions to the draft plan.
• ACTION: No Action Taken.
