For publishers and content developers planning to participate in the 2025 Mathematics Instructional Materials Adoption, the Publishers Invitation to Submit (ITS) document offers vital guidance. This ITS document describes the process of participation in the 2025 Mathematics Instructional Materials Adoption and cites the many state laws and regulations governing the process. The California Department of Education (CDE) has now posted the ITS on the CDE Instructional Materials web page, under the “publisher information” tab. Please review this information carefully.

Additionally, we invite you to attend the ITS Publisher Briefing to be held on Thursday, January 23, 2025, 9:30 a.m. to noon ± (plus or minus). You may attend this briefing in person at the auditorium within the Secretary of State's Office at 1500 11th Street, Sacramento, CA 95814 (corner of 11th & O Street), or online via Zoom. We will share Zoom connectivity information via email at a later date.
