For each school, there is one record for every instance where there is data. A school may have 1 to 16 record(s), depending on data reported.
Note: This file does not contain the county name, district name or school name. To obtain this data, users must download the Public Schools and Districts Data Files and match records by the CDS_CODE field. See description of CDS_CODE field below.
