Infrastructure State Revolving Fund Loan Program
The Infrastructure State Revolving Fund (ISRF) Loan Program provides financing to public agencies and non-profit corporations for a wide variety of infrastructure and economic development projects. ISRF Program funding is available in amounts ranging from $50,000 to $25,000,000, with loan terms of up to 30 years. Eligible projects include, but are not limited to educational facilities, water supply treatment, and water distribution. California Lending for Energy and Environmental Needs (CLEEN) Center
The California Lending for Energy and Environmental Needs (CLEEN) Center provides low-cost financing in amounts ranging from $500,000 to $30 million (or more with Board approval to State and local governments, including school districts, for approved energy efficiency projects including water/wastewater, pipeline, facilities, buildings, infrastructure, and more. Public Agency Revenue Bonds (PARB's)
Public Agency Revenue Bonds (PARB's) provide conduit tax-exempt or taxable bond financing for governmental entities. The PARB's are used for governmental and qualified purposes including construction of water/wastewater systems, schools, transportation/transit (airports, ports), power generation/transmission systems, as well as facilities and equipment used in provided police, fire, and rescue services. Eligible applicants include the State's various departments and divisions and local municipal entities.
