Community Medical Centers, Inc. is a federally funded health center that is dedicated to bringing medical care to underserved and low income patients. More than half of their patients have their services paid for by Medi-Cal, and they also provide a sliding-scale fee system for those who are uninsured. Several of the CMC clinic locations provide free HIV testing.

The San Joaquin AIDS Foundation is a non-profit organization that works to educate and serve the community and bring awareness to HIV and AIDS. They work through community outreach in schools and public events and offer free HIV on a weekly basis as well as services for HIV positive patients.
