Coordinator How-to Hub
The CAASPP & ELPAC Coordinator How-to Hub provides essential “how-to” resources for all local educational agencies (LEAs) assessment coordinators. This includes vignettes from experienced coordinators discussing how they think through coordinator duties, such as setting test windows, loading accessibility resources, and more! Videos are provided by coordinators from small, medium, and large LEAs, charter schools, and coordinators from county offices of education.

Upcoming Downtime for CAASPP and ELPAC Systems
To prepare for the opening of the 2024–25 summative assessment window, various CAASPP and ELPAC systems are scheduled for downtime next month.
From Thursday, January 9, at 5 p.m. through Tuesday, January 14, at 8 a.m., the following systems will be unavailable:
- Completion Status System
- Test Delivery System, including Test Administrator Interface
- Data Entry Interface
- Test Operations Management System (downtime begins Friday, January 10, at 5 p.m.)
The 2024–25 CAASPP-ELPAC Planned System Downtime web page provides a calendar of scheduled downtimes through June 2025.
Registration is now open for the spring 2025 California Educator Reporting System (CERS) trainings, which are designed as a follow-up to the Introduction to CERS trainings for LEA staff. It is recommended that participants have a basic understanding of CERS before attending the spring trainings. Introduction to CERS microlearning videos is available on the Upcoming and On-Demand Trainings web page for LEA staff looking to build a foundational knowledge of CERS prior to attending.
