Field Name Description
Academic Year The academic year (July 1 – June 30) corresponding to the time period during which enrollments are counted.
Aggregate Level

An indicator of the aggregation level.

  • T = State
  • C = County
County Name County Name.
School Type Type of school as found in the California School Directory:
  • Adult Education Centers
  • Alternative Schools of Choice
  • Continuation High Schools
  • County Community
  • District Community Day Schools
  • District Office Schools
  • Elementary Schools
  • Elementary Schools in 1 School District
  • High Schools
