Advance Apportionment Summary(XLSX)
Reflects a local educational agency's (LEA’s) total state aid for all programs included in the Principal Apportionment. This total forms the basis for determining an LEA’s monthly payment amount.

Payment Schedule Summary - LEA detail(XLSX)
Provides an LEA’s monthly Principal Apportionment payment for the months of July through January. Each LEA’s monthly payment is determined based on a statutory formula, by fund type, calculated as a percentage of the LEA’s total Advance Apportionment.
