Foster Youth Services Coordinating Program (FYSCP) 2023-24

Funding Description

FYSCPs coordinate with local educational agencies within its jurisdiction to ensure that they are providing services to foster youth pupils pursuant to a program plan consistent with the purpose of creating positive educational outcomes.

Required Eligibility Criteria	All county offices of education (COEs) or consortia of COEs were eligible for this funding. COEs or consortia of COEs submitted a plan which reflected collaboration among county offices to establish guiding principles and protocols to provide guidelines to improve educational outcomes for pupils in foster care.
Other Eligibility Considerations	This is the final year of a three-year grant cycle. Applicants have already been selected for this grant.
