Supporting Inclusive Practices - Compliance and Improvement Monitoring


Funding Description

The Supporting Inclusive Practices - Compliance and Improvement Monitoring grantees were selected due to low results on one or more State Performance Plan (SPP) indicators. The grantees will be awarded this grant on a one-time basis to assist local educational agencies (LEAs) to: (1) improve educational results and functional outcomes for students with disabilities; and (2) ensure that LEAs meet compliance and SPP program requirements specific to Least Restrictive Environment.
