Note: The due date for the request for applications has passed. This page is for reference and administration of funding.

The California Department of Education (CDE) supports continuous quality improvement and responsive teacher-child interactions in California State Preschool Programs (CSPP). Responsive teacher-child interactions require intentional work, which is critical for marginalized communities. The CDE is implementing the CSPP Achieving Success in Positive Interactions, Relationships, and Environments (ASPIRE) program to support the use of Teachstone Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS) 2nd Edition.
