Executive Summary

Pursuant to the Budget Act of 2022, Chapter 43, Statutes of 2022, Item 6100–001–0001, Provision 7, the California Department of Education is required to submit reports regarding Proposition 98 General Fund Reversions by October 31, March 31, and May 31, of each year to the Assembly and Senate Budget Committees, the Department of Finance, and the Legislative Analyst's Office. This report identifies potential Proposition 98 General Fund that may be available for reversion by June 30 of the current year.
