Beginning July 6, 2020, all county offices of education (COE) are required to use the new Principal Apportionment Data Collection (PADC) File Transfer system to transfer all Tax data files from the desktop Principal Apportionment Data Collection or Tax Collection software to California Department of Education (CDE).
