School Nutrition Programs LAPR

Provides the current and archived list of program operators scheduled for an off-site School Nutrition Program (SNP) Local Agency Procurement Review (LAPR).
In accordance with federal regulations, the California Department of Education (CDE) is required to monitor School Food Authorities (SFA) compliance with all program regulations including the procurement standards found in Title 7, Code of Federal Regulations (7 CFR), Section 210.21, and Title 2, Code of Federal Regulations, sections 200.318 to 200.327.

The CDE performs an off-site LAPR review a minimum of once every eight years for all residential childcare institutions, private schools, camps, public-school districts, charter schools, and county offices of education.
