This Management Bulletin (MB) provides a link to the most recent set of questions and answers (Q&A) on geographic preference in procurements. Procurement Geographic Preference Q&As – Part II provides additional guidance and technical assistance to U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Policy Memorandum SP 18-2011, Procurement Geographic Preference Q&As, which was issued on February 1, 2011, and USDA Policy Memorandum CACFP 09-2008, SFSP 08-2008, issued July 3, 2008.
