Self-Reflection Rubric
This rubric can be used with all educators, from paraeducators and teachers to school, district, and county staff. It can also be used with parents and families including with English Learner Advisory Committees (ELACs) and District English Learner Advisory Committees (DELACs). EL Roadmap Resource Hub
The EL Roadmap Resource hub, created by the Advancement Project, the California Association for Bilingual Education (CABE), Californians Together, Early Edge California, the Education Trust-West, the Loyola Marymount University Center for Equity for English Learners, Sobrato Early Academic Language (SEAL), and Sobrato Philanthropies, is a collection of EL Roadmap resources that can be sorted by education partner group including administrators, educators, policymakers, teacher educators, and families.
Multilingual Learning Toolkit
The Multilingual Learning Toolkit is an online hub for research-based key principles, instructional strategies, and associated free, practical, and easy-to-use resources that are geared towards educators who teach pre-kindergarten through grade 3 multilingual learners.

Education Trust-West Advocacy Tools: Implementing the EL Roadmap and Affirming the Rights of English Learners
These resources, available in English and Spanish, clarify English learners’ basic rights and outline ways to ensure the EL Roadmap Policy is being implemented in your community. These resources include flyers titled, “What is California’s English Learner Roadmap,” “10 Questions to Ask Your School and District about California’s English Learner Roadmap,” and “English Leaners Have Rights: An Advocacy Guide for Parents and Other Education Partners.”
Californians Together CA EL Roadmap Toolkits
This web page contains links to toolkits for teachers to assist them to implement the CA EL Roadmap principles in their classrooms. These toolkits, written by Dr. Laurie Olsen and Martha Hernandez, are free to download. Toolkits will be available for the following grade spans: preschool, elementary school, middle school, and high school. There is also a toolkit available for administrators.

Early Edge California: Supporting Dual Language Learners Video Series
This new video series from Early Edge California highlights the benefits of bilingual education in the early years and ways that investing in teacher development and training can support the nearly 60 percent of children age five and under who are learning two (or more) languages at the same time, or are learning a second language while continuing to develop their home language.
