| CDS | County-District-School (CDS) code. A unique 14-digit identification code for schools in California. |
| County | County name. |
| District | District or administrative authority name. |
| School | School name. |
| Charter School | Yes = Charter School No = Non-charter School |
| DASS Status Type | Describes the criterion by which a school met to achieve DASS:

| First DASS Dashboard | The school's first DASS Dashboard. This signifies the start of the school's current 3-year DASS Dashboard cycle. |
| Last DASS Dashboard | The school's last DASS Dashboard. This signifies the year of the school's 3rd DASS Dashboard. Schools must reapply after this Dashboard to retain their DASS status. Please see "DASS Application Renewal Year" field. N/A = School was identified as DASS based on Education Code. School is placed into DASS indefinitely. |
| DASS Application Renewal Year | DASS schools must re-apply once every three years to remain active on the DASS list. This field identifies the year that the DASS school must reapply to retain their DASS status. The DASS application submission window opens in the Spring and ends in early August. N/A = School was identified as DASS based on Education Code. School is placed into DASS indefinitely. |
