Program Information
Federal and state law and guidance previously required California to identify Persistently Lowest-Achieving Schools (PLAS) for the purposes of the School Improvement Grant (SIG) and State Fiscal Stabilization Fund programs. The SIG funding for the first three cohorts of schools chosen from the PLAS list (specifically, Tiers I and II) and the related program activities concluded on June 30, 2018.
