Management Bulletin (MB) SNP-03-2025, Severe Need Breakfast Reimbursement in the School Breakfast Program is available on the California Department of Education Nutrition Services Management Bulletin web page.

This MB supersedes MB SNP-03-2016 clarifying severe need breakfast reimbursement eligibility.
