Grant Management and Reporting Tool (GMART) Instructions for local educational agencies (LEAs) and county offices of education (COEs) to complete and submit applications for funding and to modify and submit budget and expenditure data in the GMART.General Information
- The GMART is best viewed with:
- Chrome 56.0 or higher
- Internet Explorer 11.0 or higher
- Mozilla Firefox 51.0 or higher
- Safari 5.1.7 or higher
- Chrome 56.0 or higher
- GMART sessions will timeout after 20 minutes of inactivity and the user will need to login again to continue. Please note that while data in tables will be stored, certain text may be lost due to the timeout and may need to be re-entered.
- Use the menu within the GMART to navigate within the system and to return to the GMART Home Page. Please do not use the forward or back options of the browser. Please do not refresh or reload the page.
- Simultaneous use of the GMART in multiple tabs or windows of the browser is not recommended as it may corrupt application data.
GMART Logon
GMART is a web-based platform that allows LEAs and COEs to complete and submit applications for funding, modify funding plans, and submit expenditure data.
Dashboard Alternative School Status (DASS) Community of Practice (CoP) Intent to Implement Comprehensive Support and Improvement (CSI)
If an LEA has at least one DASS CoP school eligible under the CSI Low Graduation Rate criteria with less than 100 enrolled students, the LEA has the option to forgo implementation of all CSI-related improvement activities pursuant to the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), Section 1111(d)(1)(C)(ii) on behalf of its eligible school/s/.
LEAs eligible for the option to forgo implementation on behalf of its eligible school/s will be required to provide the required information on the DASS CoP Intent to Implement CSI tab in the GMART before it may access the application for funding (AFF).
