Executive Summary

The First Principal (P-1) Apportionment, in the amount of $33,214,559,778, for fiscal year 2015-16 was certified on February 19, 2016, pursuant to California Education Code Section 41332. Funds reflect state aid for elementary, high, and unified school districts, charter schools, and county offices of education for programs included in the 2015-16 P-1 Apportionment.
