Funding Description
The 2021 Education Omnibus Trailer Bill authorized $25 million to go to the 21st Century California School Leadership Academy (21CSLA) program. The funds will be used to expand professional learning related to Universal Transitional Kindergarten (UTK), educator coaching, and to expand current 21CSLA research efforts. The 21CSLA State Funded Programs include the following: UTK Leadership Certificate program, UTK Train-the-Trainer program, Research Grant Expansion, and the Coaching Expansion program.
