Provide Letters of Commitment addressed to the lead applicant and signed by the dean of the specific department within the IHE who will oversee the grant and/or the chief executive officer of the Nonprofit Organization, and the COE superintendent in each participating county office of education (COE) partner, if applicable. (Please see Attachment Instructions)
