Heritage School Payment Processing - CDE

Due to a dramatic increase in heritage school registrations for 2025, payment processing time has been impacted. Know that payments are being processed as fast as possible and in the order they are received. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a payment confirmation email and your school or schools will be listed in the online heritage school registry (https://www3.cde.ca.gov/hsrs/search).

Please DO NOT send in multiple payments for a single school as this will only result in delaying the payment process while also resulting in a possible double charge of the 2025 heritage school fee for that particular school.
