The WAI Advisory welcomes public involvement. Opportunities for public comment are provided at every meeting.

  • Item 3–WAI Bylaw Committee Report: The WAI State Advisory and Regional Bylaw Committee will share proposed updates to the Bylaws.

  • Item 4–Committee and Regional Updates: Region co-managers and committee chairs share news and updates.

  • Item 5–Master Plan for Career Education: A representative will provide information on the Governor’s Master Plan for Career Education.

3:30 p.m. to 3:55 p.m.
  • Item 10–WAI Elementary School Pilot Program Update: The CDE will present information on the WAI Elementary School Pilot Program.

  • Item 4–California Educators Together Committee Update: The California Educators Together Committee will share the latest information regarding a possible collaboration between the California Educators Together web platform and WAI.
