    The SARC Registration web page is available for designated SARC Coordinators and designated Alternate Authorizers to register for a SARC user account (i.e., username and password) which is required to access the SARC Web Application located on the myCDEconnect unified system.

    The SARC Web Application system is the mechanism for submitting/posting SARCs with the CDE. Selecting this link takes the user to the Login web page where the user can either:
    1. Access the online electronic SARC template to complete and post their SARC, or
    2. Upload an active Uniform Resource Locator (URL) of the website address to where their SARC has been posted on their school/LEA website, or upload an active URL that takes the viewer directly into their posted SARC.
SARC Preparation Resources
  • Blank 2023–24 SARC Template in Word (DOCX)
    The SARCs must be published and submitted to the CDE no later than February 1 of each year, and are considered current through January 31 the following year. The SARCs are one year in arrears.

  • 2023–24 Data Element Definitions (DOCX)
    The Data Element Definitions document mirrors the SARC template and provides information regarding the data required to be populated into the SARC.
