For requests of complete reprints of CDE publications a fee is required based on the page count of the publication and amount of copies requested. Upon review and approval of the copyright request form submitted then receipt of the payment, an authorization letter will be provided. The table below is used to determine the cost of your request.

More information can be found on the CDE Press web page.You may contact CDE Press at 1-800-995-4099 Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PT. Once the copyright release request form has been submitted, approval has been granted, and the fee has been paid, an authorization letter will be provided. It will be up to the requestor to print the copies as CDE does not provide such print services.
