Item 4–Family Voice: Family Empowerment Centers (FECs) and Parent Training and Information Centers (PTIs) will present issues of importance to families. Stakeholders wishing to give public comment via teleconference may contact their local FEC or PTI prior to the meeting to arrange in person comment at the FEC or PTI.
