Educator Equity Data and Addressing Disparities

This interactive webinar will review the Title I, Part A Educator Equity Local Control and Accountability Plan Federal Addendum requirements as well as provide tools to collect and analyze data to identify if disparities exist for low-income and minority students. Best practices, tools for root cause analysis, and components of an educator equity plan to address low-income and minority students taught at higher rates by ineffective, inexperienced, or out-of-field teachers will also be shared.
