PCSGP 2024-25 Waiver Entry Start-Up Sub-Grant

Note: The due date for the request for applications has passed. This page is for reference and administration of funding.

The Federal Public Charter Schools Grant Program (PCSGP) is a discretionary grant program administered by the Charter Schools Division. PCSGP applications are reviewed by peer evaluators and awarded to school developers to assist in the development and initial operations of newly established/conversion/expanding charter schools. PCSGP applicants must be a non-profit entity or Local Education Agency at the time of application submission. Individuals and for-profit entities will not meet eligibility requirements. The 2024 PCSGP Waiver Entry Request for Applications (RFA) is only available for subgrantees from California's 2020 CSP grant with remaining time and funding available, meeting all of the requirements under this RFA and continuing to meet the federal definition of a "charter school" under ESEA Section 4310(2).
