FY 2023-24 Third Party Off Site Survey Summary

The Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P) Third Party Off Site Survey collected essential data to document providers contributing to afterschool and enrichment services.

The Expanded Learning Division sent surveys to all LEAs that receive ELO-P funding, which were 1,631 and 1,558 responded. Of the 1,558 responses, 303 LEAs reported partnership with a Third-Party Off-Site Provider. A total of 26,214 students were served off site in preschool through grade 12.

By sharing these results, we aim to foster transparency, enhance program quality, and ensure these vital services meet the needs of California’s students and families.
