The June 6, 2024, RDRSSP meeting will be held at the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) building, located at 1500 Capitol Avenue, Auditorium, Sacramento, CA 95814. The CDPH building will be open to the public; however, capacity may be limited due to public health considerations, and masks will be made available to members of the public.

Public Comment Guidelines

Public comment on items before the RDRSSP at this meeting may be provided via email, phone, or in person.

Email

The public is highly encouraged to submit written comment to the RDRSSP in advance for prior consideration. In order to help ensure that Panelists have sufficient time to review comments prior to the meeting, please submit your comment by noon on Friday, May 31, 2024, to the following email box: rdrssp@cde.ca.gov.

While not required, we ask that commenters include the following information in the body of the email:

• Commenter’s first and last name
• Organization affiliation
• Agenda item number or general public comment

Public comment may also be provided by dialing the phone number, meeting ID, and passcode below. Upon dialing in, callers will raise their hands by pressing *9 and will hear a voice prompt to verify their hands have been raised. The operator will notify callers when it is their turn to provide public comment. Callers will be prompted to unmute themselves by pressing *6. Once finished, callers will mute themselves by pressing *6 and lower their hands by pressing *9. Public comment will be limited to one minute. Members of the public wishing to dial in for public comment should view the livestream of the meeting. The number, meeting ID, and passcode are below and will also be announced at the start of public comment for each item.

• Prior to making public comment, speakers who are watching the meeting via live webcast should make sure the volume on their computer is muted to avoid any background sounds so that their input is clearly heard.
